Funny competition! I did not have a very good day at work though. Was really slow in the start and had some troubles with my calves the whole course. I speeded up when i got some company and it got pretty fun to run but I did a couple of smaller mistakes. Totally about 4 minutes in control-misses. Maybe bad Routechoices, you can decide that! ;)

Good competition-spirit but a bit messy technically. Started off with mistakes: 20s to first and ~1.30min to second. Some bad routes and small mistakes after that, but a great feeling in my body. Broke compass somewhere around 15-17... (3rd compass in 4 weeks =( )

Good 18,4km race with good pace and solid O. Mapchange after 14th and the small red rings are the loop after the mapchange. Small mistakes at control 1(25s), 5(35s), 6(15s + bad start), 15(30s) and 20(30s). One bigger mistake at 12th(~1.30min). Broke my compass somewhere around 10th control and had some direction-troubles after that. But The speed was really good and so was my mind... I could have kept running for some km more! =)

Got a bad start with kind of big mistakes for this type of terrain. Jesper Lysell caught me 6 minutes to 7th and we ran together from there. I had to increased the speed but I was at least able to follow him... which means I ran to slow in the beginning.

Quite a bad race from start to finish. Not really satisfied with any of the legs. Felt a bit shaky after 2 weeks brake of running and map-reading...

Quite good race with about 3 mistakes (to 11, 12 and 18). Was probably warming up bad 'cos I lost much time at 1st and 2nd even tho' i ran pretty okey to them. Had a good flow otherwise and maybe a little bit tired in the end. Again i have the best finish ;)

Pretty bad race overall but still satisfied, just because I could speed up at second half and never really got tired. "Bigger" Mistakes at 3rd, 10th, 12th, 19th, 21th and 23rd. Won the run-in-split!

So far best race of this year. Still not very good. 50sec at 1st and then pretty okey rest of the race, but some hesitating and not as straight as normal. 3min behind best times is a step forward. Guessing I will be 1min better for every week now! ;)

Sore throat some days before so took it quite easy in the start, without warmup, trying to find my o-magic back! Went out last in the "masstart" for RehnsBK3/GävleOK. Did some small mistakes on the routes, and some ctrl-misses in the ring. The mistake at 2nd ctrl was 'cos map/ctrl-placement was pretty strange! Got tired even tho' I didnt push hard (some of the old guys in masstart could follow me for a surprising long time). A great workout for me anyway.
